Paul Victor is a dedicated Auido Visual expert that renders excellent service to the Research and Development Unit. His work is of a very high standard and his engagement with staff is professional and service-orientated. He is not only performing his duties well but is adding value through his skillful assistance.

I know Mr. Paul Victor, for the past few years as a student and colleague at the Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT). During this period, I was his lecturer for some of his electrical engineering subjects.

In this long association I had ample opportunity to assess his professional and personal abilities and I must confirm that Mr. Victor has shown excellent skills in all his pursuits. His personal attributes include good grasping and analytical capabilities. Mr. Victor has shown his creative skill in the various innovative electrical projects that he has designed and built, some for which he has won awards and prizes. I had the pleasure of working with Mr Paul Victor for a number of years at Central University of Technology, Free State. During this time, I have found him to be a conscientious, hard-working person who not only does his work extremely well and is very knowledgeable with regards to the systems at CUT, but he is always willing to walk the extra mile and assist whatever the time or circumstances. Furthermore, Paul is part time an inventor and likes to use technology to solve daily problems.

Paul Victor is known to me for 10 years. During this time he proved himself to be very diligent and dependable, always acting professionally and with concern to those in his proximity. He is especially knowledgeable in his field. He is very innovative and is the holder of South African patents – some inventions that relate to accessories for audio visual apparatus.
